Pukehana Avenue, Epsom

This is a separate Epsom job from our Aberfoyle Street timber project — the focus here was comfort and acoustics on the upper level. We chose a textured loop–cut blend that hides tracking and works well on stairs. Old floor coverings were removed and disposed of, subfloors checked, and the new carpet power-stretched over dense underlay for a firm, tailored fit.
